By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• You have read the individual size charts for the products and you have measured your dog to order the correct size.
• We are a small business so please allow 5 days for dispatch of your order.
• We take no responsibility for sizing issues, if in doubt please email us with your dog’s measurements for us to assist you before purchasing.
• Please check the address you have entered is correct as the buyer is responsible for the postage if your purchase is returned to us because of an incorrect address.
• Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders that have been dispatched, we are happy to change sizes if the order has not been sent.
• When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended you acknowledge that Lucy and Cooper will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel, as your purchase has been left in accordance with your authority.

 

Our Guarantee:

Lucy and Cooper products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible.  We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects, each item is checked prior to dispatch.  If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send an email with photos to us for review.

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear and tear prior to use.  We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
